We are excited to inform you that with effect from Nov 9th., 2023, we have changed our Company’s name from Airoil Flaregas Pvt. Ltd., to AFG Combustion Pvt. Ltd.
At AFG, as we expand our boundaries to new horizons, we believe the new name is better indicative of our vision, mission and values. “AFG Combustion” is better aligned with our vision of expanding the product portfolio and global market reach.
A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Corporation Affairs, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, is attached for your ready reference. Kindly circulate this announcement at your end and update your systems to reflect the new name.You can be rest assured, that except the name, nothing has changed. The management, ownership structure and range of products and services remains the same. From its humble beginning in 1984, AFG Combustion today is spread over an area of more than 4,000 sq. metres, housing all the necessary equipment to manufacture world-class Flare systems. Its facilities have all the leading certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IBR, ASME ‘U’ & ‘PP’ stamp.
Turnkey Solutions
With more than three decades of design and manufacturing expertise, AFG Combustion has extended its portfolio by offering complete turnkey solutions to the customers. We take the single point responsibility – from concept to commissioning, resulting in significant cost savings and better execution control over the project. We have commissioned several Flares on turnkey basis all over India, with many Flares having overall Flare height in excess of 100 metres.
